The most common ingredient found in our kitchen has numerous health benefits and so its oil. Ginger oil is used for treating severe inflammation and pain, it can also be used with food or taken as a supplement.
TURMERIC ESSENTIAL OIL
Turmeric is a widely used spice and has anti-microbial properties. The oil extracted from the root of turmeric plant has many active ingredients and is shows positive results in reducing inflammation.
